You could also think about your own household and what you can do to plan ahead and prepare for the unexpected. Information about how individual householders can prepare their own household emergency plan can be found on the Devon Resilience Forum webpage – Communities Together.
In the great community spirit of Ide, we have a group of willing people whose names appear in our plan who are familiar with our resources should a more serious incident happen. We also have an off the record list of people who would be willing to help in a crisis.
