The initial team of 3 Steering Group members attended a DALC seminar on Neighbourhood Planning ‘Getting Started’ at the Passage House Hotel, Kingsteignton. The seminar, run by Cara Stobart involved working in small groups and responding to questions about plan preparation, visions for the parish, consultation with parishioners, testing policies and writing the plan.

At the Parish Council Meeting, Chris Bishop, Peter Pattison and Matt Ward agreed to look into the neighbourhood plan scheme and to decide if the process would be beneficial to the village.
