Vacancy – Ide Parish Clerk

A vacancy has arisen for a Part-time Clerk/Responsible Finance Officer to the Parish Council

(Salary in accordance with NALC and SLCC recommended rates)

15 hours per month – variable

Starting date 9 October 2017

 

Required to work from home in support of the Council.  Good administration and computer skills are required, and availability to attend evening meetings.  The Parish Clerk is required to prepare agendas, take minutes, handle correspondence, keep accounts and prepare an annual audit return; assist with the administration of the Parish Cemetery, and publish documents on the village website in line with Transparency Code regulations.

Training and support will be provided.
